1. Introduction

Welcome to Super Star Brawlers ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this combined Terms of Service & Privacy Policy ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

The App is an alien training and battle RPG game that allows users to raise, train, equip, and battle with alien fighters.

2. Purpose of the App

The App provides a single-player gaming experience where users can train alien creatures, equip them with armors and gear, unlock skills, and engage in turn-based battles. It is designed for personal entertainment use.

All characters, creatures, items, and game content within the App are original creations of Halt and Catch Fire Apps.

3. Game Content & Virtual Items

You acknowledge that:

All virtual items, aliens, armors, skills, and in-game currency are part of the game experience and have no real-world monetary value
Game progress and virtual items are stored locally on your device
Uninstalling the App or clearing app data may result in loss of game progress
You will not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the game's mechanics

4. Privacy Policy -- No Data Collection

Your privacy is important. This App is designed to operate without collecting, storing, tracking, sharing, or transmitting any personal or usage data to our servers.

Specifically:

No personal information is collected by Halt and Catch Fire Apps
No gameplay data or habits are tracked by us
No analytics or tracking tools are used
No device identifiers are stored
No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties
No account creation with our servers is required
No usage data is transmitted to our servers

Your aliens, game progress, equipment, and all other game data are stored locally on your device only. Because the App collects no data on our end, we cannot access, modify, or delete any user information.

If future versions introduce optional features requiring data storage on our servers, you will be notified and asked for consent.
